VERIFY
Every deed can be checked by anyone.
In your browser or from the command line, against the City Charter and the root printed on the deed's stamp. You don't have to trust us.
THE FIVE CHECKS
What is checked.
Parent is the City Charter
The deed was inscribed as a child of the City Charter. Only whoever spends the Charter can create its children.
The Charter's parent is the city's root inscription
The Charter itself is a child of the root inscription that the city's DID points to.
The lot's corners and area match the proof
The four corners and the area drawn on the deed are the ones in the proof carried in its metadata.
The Merkle proof leads to the root on the stamp, efb76382…
Hashing the lot up the proof gives the root of the lot map printed on every deed.
This is the first valid deed for this lot
Among the Charter's children, in inscription order, no earlier valid deed proves the same lot.
Each check shows a tick or a cross, with the raw data one tap away, as soon as the City Charter is inscribed. Until then nothing here is ticked, because nothing has been inscribed.
